This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made on Propext TV. By placing an order for paid Services, you agree to the terms below.
We provide digital services such as listings, promotions, and advertising. Once a digital service is activated, delivered, or consumed (e.g., listing published or campaign scheduled), it may not be refundable except as explicitly stated here.
If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–10 business days after approval. Bank processing times may vary and are outside our control.
Service orders can be requested for cancellation before activation or scheduling. Once activated or delivered, cancellations are not guaranteed.
In case of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated with your bank, we may suspend your access to related Services during investigation. We request that you contact us first to resolve any issues.
To request a refund or cancellation, write to us atsupport@propextv.com with your order ID, payment reference, and details of the issue.
