Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made on Propext TV. By placing an order for paid Services, you agree to the terms below.

2. Nature of Services

We provide digital services such as listings, promotions, and advertising. Once a digital service is activated, delivered, or consumed (e.g., listing published or campaign scheduled), it may not be refundable except as explicitly stated here.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Duplicate payment charged due to a technical error.
  • Payment deducted but order not created/activated due to a gateway or system failure.
  • Service not delivered within the communicated timeline due to our fault and you choose not to continue.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after the service has been activated or consumed.
  • Delays or issues caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or non-compliant content provided by you.
  • Violations of our Terms, content policies, or legal requirements.

5. Refund Process and Timelines

If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–10 business days after approval. Bank processing times may vary and are outside our control.

6. Cancellations

Service orders can be requested for cancellation before activation or scheduling. Once activated or delivered, cancellations are not guaranteed.

7. Chargebacks

In case of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated with your bank, we may suspend your access to related Services during investigation. We request that you contact us first to resolve any issues.
