Years ago most of the people depended on brokers and newspapers for selling their property, but JC Groups were the only firm bring a revolutionary change in real estate business bringing a whole new concept of advertisement through television. We are proud to mention that we are first to introduce property shows through channels. A complete unique programme which helps us to visually see the properties to be sold through media. The renowned television show is much appreciated for its simple but professional presentation of trading possibilities.
First time in India JC Groups started property show in Jeevan channel in the name of "BUSINESS REVOLUTIONS" year 2004. This Programme Recieved The Film City Award 2005-06 For 'The Best Business Programme'. our reach is proven by the positive responses we receive from public and business men in the country and especially abroad. We have successfully completed 325 Episodes and still continuing. After the great success we expanded our property shows in four different channels.
We have " 10 shows " in a week.Our show details are given below:-
- JEEVAN TV : "BUSINESS REVOLUTIONS" Telecasting Time is at 10.30 a.m on Sundays & 9.30 am on Fridays. ( two show per week).
- AMRITHA TV : "PROPERTY EXPO" Telecasting Time is Friday 4.00 p.m(Gulf time Friday 02.30 p.m) & Monday 3.30 a.m (US Time Sunday 8.00 p.m). (two show per week).
- ACV (Asianet Cable Vision) : "PROPERTY SHOW" Telecasting Time is at 10.00 am on Sundays. It has completed more than 210 Episodes. (one show per week).
- JAIHIND TV : "KERALA PROPERTY SHOW". Wednesday, Thursday 03.30 P.M TO 4.00 P.M & Thursday, Friday 2.30 A.M (gulf time 11.30p.m to 12.00) (4 shows in a week).
- KAIRALI PEOPLE: "PROPEX TV SHOW" Thursday 9.30 a.m ( gulf time thursday 7.30 to 8.00)
- NTV (Malayalam Regional Channel in UAE) :" PROPEXTV SHOW" Friday,saturday & sunday 01.30 pm (UAE TIME) 3 show per week
PROGRAMME ADVANTAGES
